my christmas gift to my daughter

I made this item on a canvas that was already painted with gesso. I used red and white paint to make a shade of pink I liked ( I don’t usually like pink!). Then added some scrapbook paper, an image of my daughter at 1 1/2 making a cute little face and on of her daughter making a somewhat same face. We call it “O” face and I have to say its very cute in person!

Then I added some lace and put that down with gel medium, a note on gel medium, I love this stuff. I holds just about anything and I have the gloss since I like my art to shine, it never disapoints! I added some stickers and 3d embelishments and letters and as a final touch I embossed gold glittery embossing powder to the outside of the peice.

I think it turned out rather well, I use to say I was not much of an artist but really I think we all have artist blood in us we just need to let it out and have fun with it.

I have a couple more ATCs to post later, I just made them for fun not for any swap or anything.
